As many of you know, writing these weekly love notes to you is a part of my practice. Sometimes the words flow with ease and grace, and sometimes they take hours to form. This week I find myself in a void. I imagine you too may feel a void. We are in the midst of a powerful conjunction of the Karmic South Node, Pluto and Saturn all in Capricorn. As of Wednesday of this week, Pluto stationed retrograde and on Monday Saturn will retrograde. This retrograde offers us a sober review of the work we have been up to on a personal and ancestral level.

A theme we are facing throughout 2019 is a sensation of free falling. And at this time, the free fall is peaking. We are being stripped of all that is no longer essential to our lives. This process is immense, uncomfortable, awkward and intense. Literally the epitome of intense. The part of your chart where Capricorn lives is receiving the greatest activation.

Yet it is important to note that as we free fall we have an opportunity for complete rebirth. What we are traversing is uncharted territory. And within the unknown lies the potential for our greatest liberation, extending beyond our mundane lives back to the root of our ancient ancestors, far reaching to the multitude of possibilities of our future descendants. As we peel back the layers, we come home to the core of our authenticity. And at this core we have the ability to regenerate our true nature.

I am officially back to my teaching schedule this Sunday and look forward to meeting up with our Asheville tribe in our weekly Kundalini classes on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays at West Asheville Yoga. Next Friday I will open up my temple living room for the Taurus Womxn’s Wisdom circle as we sit in the Dark Moon to prepare our sanctuaries for yet another rebirth, this time in honor of the Venusian frequencies of our personal ecology.
