A New Moon in Sagittarius is upon us.  This Friday, December 11th we greet the final New Moon of 2015.  This new moon is all about cosmic vision, the quest for truth and freedom.  This is a great time to set your intentions on travel and exploration, mentorship and education, optimism and morality.

The Sagittarian moon sets in at 5:29 am EST so write your intentions early that morning. . ."I am easily finding myself. . .".  Stick to intentions that are particular to you and write them by hand.

This weekend I'm in Los Angeles deepening into the next phase of Level 2 teacher training with Harijiwan and Tej.  I am so grateful to have the ability to take these trips, to connect with community and refill my well.  I return next week to teach on Tuesday at Veda and Wednesday at West Asheville Yoga and then travel to Florida for Winter Solstice celebration. 

Together let's liberate ourselves as we embody our higher truth.  May we move steadily on our paths in this great awakening, so that we may share our gifts, our visionary truth with the world.
